Need help finding a replacement fuse for video light!

I have a set of 3 video lights for the past year and 2 recently blew fuses and I have no idea where I can buy these kinds of fuses at. I might just be an idiot, but any help would be great. Pics of the fuse I need are below. It goes to a 150-300 watt 110-120v video light. Thanks! PS: sorry for the horrible cell phone pictures should have used my Af-100 for a still haha.

Try Radio Shack, I'm sure they have em'. Bring the burnt out one to match. Don't put a higher amp one if they do not have them in stock. The amp rating is usually engraved on the chrome cap.
 
A fuse going out after a year of use doesn't seem like that big of a problem with me. They are really cheap lights but give me amazing results and I just have back up bulbs and now I will have fuses on set at all times too haha. This is my first Af-100 project and was lit with 30 dollar video lights. The voltage on the cap is 250 watt is that pretty standard?

250V is pretty standard, but the important rating is in amperes, or milliamps, to indicate how much current the fuse will pass before failing. This should be engraved on it as well somewhere.

Here is what I was trying to explain. Is there a reason your lights are drawing over their maximum rated amps and causing the fuse to blow. The main reason for this could be fouled contacts causing more resistance thus increasing your amp load. This should be an easy fix. Use a small file or emory board and gently clean the contact points on the lights and lamps. The other possible cause for fuse failure could be a momentary arc at strike or if you have the lights on when you plug them in. To remedy this you might consider fuses of the same amp but slow blow type.
 
I purchased the slow blow fuses when I got the fuses today! Hopefully that will help and i went ahead and bought like 8 of them just to be safe. Thanks for your help everyone!!!
