Need help finding a light to be used as a practical light.

I was hoping you guys can help me, I am filming a scene in an elevator room, being repurposed as an apartment complex hall way, in 11 days, and I need to find a light that is: 1.) Looks like a wall mounted fixture that would be in a hallway, 2.) Is battery powered/ wall plugable 3.) Is at an online store I can order from, and 4.) Preferably an e26 socket, but I can get an adapter if I need to.

I don't think you are going to find a battery powered option for an E-26 socket though.
 
Thank you for your help, I actually found one of those battery powered LED wall sconces last night. I should have searched for sconces, not "wall lighting" like I was.

I was hoping to use the battery powered e26 socket wall sconce to place one of my Alzo color matched practical light bubls in it, but the LED sconce will work out.
 
Why not just go with normal high wattage practicals? That's how the room would appear anyways... You can still get tungsten bulbs on the internet.
