NEED HELP FAST!!!! Final Cut Pro.

Just finished up a project and am having problems exporting the file to MPEG4 with QuickTime Conversion. We plan to post it on youtube, and on myspace. I keep getting an error messege stating (unknown file). Anyone have any answers?

I know someone has a quick solution for this. I looked around and didn't see exactly what I was looking for. To be honest I'm so fustrated that I cut my search for answers short to type this post.

An honest person looking for some intelligent answers.

I'd suggest doing the actual export in Compressor.

Yes, using Compressor is a good idea. From FCP, be sure to render all footage if you haven't done so already. Then, export a quicktime reference file. You can take that file into Compressor or any other compression program for more flexibility.
