Need help exporting XML for Pro Tools.

Hey guys anyone have advise on best way to export XML off of FCP 6 using FCP - i don't have automatic duck and i'm not sold on it (plus i can't afford it right now). So that being said i'm looking for advise working within FCP... the film is 1080i 24p being sent to a Pro Tools station... i keep getting a "choose destination" error from FCP and i'm wondering whether i need to dl any specific codecs or such... anyways, please help.

Of course, Client and Sound Designer dumped this on me at the very last minute and I need to figure out ASAP.
 
Thanks Noah, you hottie mod u - I'm actually sending both but I know there preferred method is xml... just trying to figure settings I guess... not really sure what i'm doing - first time i've had to work with someone on Pro tools this way... any suggestions as to proper omf xml settings? anything please. :)
