Need help compressing for the web.

Hello to all... and thanks in advance for your replies. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to make a web friendly Quicktime file in vegas. Every time the file size seems to get way up there. Can anyone guide me to the proper settings? Thanks.

Lowest file size you can get is using either MPEG-4 or the Sorensen 3 codec.
