Need Help before buying Sony Vegas Pro 12

Hello all.....I am completely new to the Video world.
I have been looking at Vegas Pro 12....and had a question that no one can seem to answer for me.
I plan on using the software on my Laptop and my Desktop computer.....as I look at the info on this software..they talk about online registration.
My question is.....can I run the software on both machines? or will one be deactivated with the online activation?

Someone please HELP....as this is the only thing stopping me from purchasing this software.

I have been a long time user of Vegas. I currently use Vegas 12. I have it installed on a laptop and 2 desktops and have had no problems. I used the online registration on each one. You will have no problems.

As long as you're not using both machines at the same time, Sony is ok with you doing this.
