NEED HELP!! Anyone know of a old gas station to shoot at in LA area?

Hey guys I really need help finding a low key older gas station that will let us shoot there for free or is super cheap. I need it for a day and only need to shoot the outside of the gas station. It needs to be close to to Los Angeles or at most a couple hours away.
If anyone has in info or even links to pics of places you have used then by all means send then to me in a private message or just reply to the thread.

There's one on La Brea in Hollywood that specifically stays "old school" for shooting. Like many homeowners in town, they know where the money is.
 
For my student film, I found success in an old gas station that was converted to a smog check but still had the pumps.
