Need Footage of a Dump

My wife and I are working on a project for a company that wants to emphasize the fact that they recycle. We want to include a few shots of a landfill. Hopefully with a bulldozer pushing trash around. Turns out that none of the landfills in my area will allow me to videotape their facilities. The only access is through their gates, so I can't sneek any footage.

By any chance does anyone out there have any existing footage that I could bum? I only need maybe 20 seconds or so.

Hey, here's an idea, maybe we could start a new area for Stock Footage Exchange.
 
Why not just buy a clip from one of the many royalty free stock footasge venders? You could try Art Beats, or Digital Juice for example. Some places will even let you just buy a single clip instead of having to buy and entire library.

Just a thought.
 
I was kind of hoping not to have to buy it because we are working with a tiny budget. You know how it is when your trying to get started. Thanks for the input though.
 
Hang out a bit away from the entrance and pay an independent driver (not from company that operates landfill) to give you a ride in his truck when he pulls in to dump. $20 should do it. If its not identifiable to their location, you would be safe.
