Need filming & Production for an event (possible series)

I host a car event that consists of drag racing, a car show, a cruise and other entertainment.

Recently PINKS - All Out was cancelled and has left a void for a similar show.

I want to film my upcoming event in May (28-30) and produce a similar type show.

I will use it as the pilot episode to pitch a series for 2012 (9 events across the country)

I have one cable channel that is willing to air the show now and I am looking at a couple of others. Worst case it is possible to buy the air time like an infomercial and air it regardless.

Since these events generate revenue I will be able to pay for the production in 2012, however I need some concessions in getting the pilot produced.

The location for the Pilot would be Fontana, CA

I will cast a host, what I am looking for at a minimum is a couple of film crews (which could just be a little as 4 people) to tape the event on Memorial day weekend. Even better would be the use of a camera crane for some cool shots from higher up.

Then I would also need help with the post production.

I am looking for someone or a group that is looking to make a name for themselves and can work with me on this first episode at little to no cost. My loyalty would lie with them and it would be a profitable proposition for the series in 2012 as the exposure would generate considerably more revenue for the future events and I would pay for the production the following year.

I have 15 years of sales experience and that is my specialty so I will make sure that it gets the exposure and on the air.

If interested please feel free to contact me for more details.

I'm sure by the time you get a proper business plan together you'll have found out the economics of what the production costs of each episode were and what the economic factors were that drove the show to cancellation, etc. After all, people don't cancel a show that's actually turning a profit. I would tend to suspect otherwise though.
