Need brand name suggestion for QR plate

I need a suggestion for a quick release plate to screw onto my tripod. I need something decent, sturdy and well made, but a tad on the economical side (read "CHEAP")..

Any suggestions are welcome..

Bogen/Manfrotto 577.

Small, sturdy, included plate is common for 501 or 503 heads (on many tripods), etc. They aren't dirt cheap, but you can get them as low as $40 or so.

I have a bunch of them.

Nice job with your rig, BTW. I bought a Bogen / Manfrotto 3299 QR Adapter with 3157N Plate for my rig. Works like a charm and it can be bolted on using 1/4" or 3/8". Best of all, the price... $27.95 from B&H.
