Hi there,
For those who don't already know me, this is Faith Granger, filmmaker, currently working on DEUCE OF SPADES, a do it yourself no budget period film of epic proportions  (see: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=160032 ).
I use a HVX 200 Panasonic camera with a nice collection of Nikkon 35 mm prime lenses which I love. I have used my camera to take photos, but let's face it, the resolution is just not there.
I would like to invest in a digital camera that would provide me with the res I need, with good quality AND allow me to use my current collection of lenses. Note that these lenses are manual focus types. Which is fine by me.
When it comes to photo cameras I know next to nothing, so I need your advice. Let me know what the best choices are, and if buying "previously owned" is an option.
Here are a few shots I recently took using my HVX, as you see, the res is not there, which is too bad because I like those photos.
