Need Advice on Waiver at start of cooking show

Hey all, I have a cooking show that I have just wrapped up and I'm really pumped about it. I'm ready to try to get it in stores and have a few connections at local grocery stores that could possibly get me approved in time for last minute Christmas sales. I have a warning at the beginning about copyright infringement but I would like something that protects me from lawsuit. So if someone cuts themselves trying to cook one of the recipes or chokes on food etc... I don't get sued. Are there any standard waivers that cover liability? I've done searches here on DVX for "waiver" but didn't find anything pertaining to waivers "in" the show. Am I searching the correct phrase? Thanks. -Richard
