Need a underground parking lot for scene in LA

I have had problems locking a underground parking structure for my project. I tried shooting it run and gun but have been kicked out everytime. Does anyone know of a parking structure in LA (with flourescent fixtures) where i can film without the hassle of the man?

the folks at The Grove were very nice and accommodating for us on Heart of Now. they need at least a week notice and usually charge, but that is negotiable as we got it for nothing. now, we were on the roof of The Grove parking structure and that doesn't sound like that you need. another option, is to ask around in your cast and crew about apartment buildings with subterranean parking. those are usually not guarded.
 
Also, Westwood Mall on Westwood and Pico. Go to the theatre side (west of Westwood) and go all the way down to the bottom parking lot floor (think there's 3 or 4 stories). There's usually no one down there.
