Hi everyone,
I will be ordering my dvx100a in the next two weeks.I have 2 different shot gun mics I can use from work. One is from my Panasonic dvc pro camera. It looks similar to the shot gun mic I see mounted on the dvx100a ad from EVSonline. The other mic I have is a Sennheiser shot gun mic. It is a little longer but I love the sound from it.The problem is, I need a part number for the shoe mount.Anyone have a part number for this mount? I dont want to buy a mic. Just need the mount for it.Thanks everyone.Your site helped convince me to get the dvx100a!!!!!!!!!Can't wait to join the club!

i'm really happy with the audio technica 8415

one tip, b&h has a special kit where they took the standard mount and replaced it with a much better set of rubber bands to hold the mic more securely.
