Need a riser for my mattebox!

I have my DSLR on my rig quite high up so it is at eye level. This means my mattebox gets nowhere near high enough anymore. I'm looking for somesort of riser like the one from the Letus V2 rods but on a budget. Anyone know where to get one or if I can DIY something?

Why not mount your camera at the correct level for your matte box to function correctly, then use a riser block under your rail mount to bring the camera back up to eye level?
