I posted in DVXtech but no response yet. I have a project to cut real soon. We shot using F5 and F6 by mistake

Can I use the footage togatherr on 30fps timeline as there may be other video cameras footage added later to the cut. How does 24Advanced look on a 30 timeline than outputted to DVD?

you can use the footage together on a 30fps timeline.

It will look ok... ish.

Fine if you aren't looking for a pro look. You will be able to tell the difference between cuts.

IF you want to, you can import the 24P stuff into Cinema Tools and remove the 3.2 pulldown and then let FCP remove the advanced pulldown and edit it all in 24fps sequence.

I would edit on a 24fps sequence what captain said and then put the pull down back on in export and ouput it back to 29.97

Just for reference the footage is interviews so there is no real movement.... does that matter?

What difference should I see between cuts? So I am clear on my decesion.
