Need a good on camera light for HVX-200...

Hey all, it's been a while since I've posted on DVXUser, I am ashamed.

I did a search for this, but I pulled up posts from 2006 and thought it could be revisited, and I really need one....

So I am in need of a good on-camera light, but don't know where to start. I want to be able to pick up Videography work (Craigslist, etc.) and need on-camera lights for a lot of it - mainly events, but possibly night clubs, etc.

I see a lot of options at B&H... I need something for $100 or less, maybe slightly more if there's a killer deal (though let me know if there's something awesome up to $250, or if that's more the range I need.

What accessories should I have (do I need battery packs, barndoors, etc.?)

Thanks all!

I use a IDX Led, 35watts, stays cool, or sometimes i use an older tungsten 50watt, much hotter and drains battery faster....
If your budget is as low as you say, you may have some issues finding a solution that will perform...B&H has a good selection, great place to begin.... you could build your own LED but that is time consuming.... maybe not in your plan...
