Need a good dialogue mic for a film

My mic budget is about $150. It's a dialogue mic, so I guess I'd need a condenser. I'm getting a DVX100a, so Phantom Power is possible.
Any suggestions?

Are you planning on booming? Or having your subject hold the mic (a'la newscast style)? Or do you plan on using Lav mics?

$150?

There is nothing at that price I would recommend. Rode has an NTG-2 for about $295. Go for that. It's actually a pretty good mic for the money. If you can't swing that, then you may need to rent.
