Need a flat and a car...

[cordvision]

Hello,
I will move together with my girlfriend to LA at the end of this month. I will study at SMC and I'm therefore looking for a flat near SMC with 2 bedrooms (preferably in Santa Monica or Venice). I also want to buy a car. So if you have a flat that you would like to rent or if you want to sell your car send me a PM

Regards,

Michael

Hahaha...British English. When I saw you needed a flat and a car, I was prepared to tell you to just let the air out of one of the tires...
