Need a continuity script

We have something already shot and completed (as well as the final version of the script). We need a continuity script created baed on this with time code. Anyone know of a service (pref in the LA area) that does this?

Continuity Report

AKA: Continuity Script
A detailed list of the events that occured during the filming of a scene. Typically recorded are production and crew identification, camera settings, environmental conditions, the status of each take, and exact details of the action that occurs. By recording all possible sources of variation, the report helps cut down continuity error between shots or even during reshooting.

Okay. Got it. Probably then this thread belongs in another forum as presumably this forum deals with a creative process (screenplays) while a continuity script seems to be a technical document.

Also, wouldn't it be difficult to create a continuity script AFTER a movie is shot? It's seems the one and only way to do a continuity script would be concurrently with the shoot.

Continuity transcript is what we are looking for - take the final script watch the final film and then mark with time code what happens when (IE when each character speaks, music queues, etc)

A professional service will cost you more...although at least the service will be, well, professional.

Yah I finally found one in Burbank. $4k. Hmm. Time for UTA list.

Now if I could only find a set designer for my ulta low budget, awesome story, teaser :cheesy:
