Let's say you determine in one clip noise needs to be cleaned with Neat Video; but the next clip doesn't haven't any noise. Should some amount of NV noise reduction be applied to the shots that don't need it, anyway, in order to maintain a certain look?
Isn't there some softening going on? If you didn't apply any of that to a shot that doesn't have a noise issue; would it look rougher or at least different, when played after a scene with NV noise reduction/softening? Thanks.
