If so--what's the best coverage package you get and where?

My film has no fire, weapons, vehicles, --the only stunts involves suspending a guy 2 feet off the ground with a thick rope (to be digital removed later) and a guy in fiberglass armor falling face forward to the ground(covered in painted foam).

One place I tried said the min premium is $5000! That's a quarter of my budget.

I used www.filmemporium.com for production insurance when I shot a feature in December. Cost was about $2000 for 10 days of coverage, and we were insuring rented cars as well. The insurance isn't only for stunts, it's for location damage. Location owners will want proof of insurance before they let your on their property and risk you tearing up the place.
