NDA or contracts for composers or subtitles people sign for film before working?

I am about to hand my film off to composers and subtitles people so they can start doing their work on it, what kinds of contracts should I have them sign to be safe?

- NDA
- Agreement on Compensation

Any others ?

I just want to be protected as much as possible before handing my finished product, feature film to someone to work on, thanks.
