NDA (non-disclosure agreement) noob question

I have a really noob question but, I received an NDA from a potential investor and it asks for my companies name as well as the address to it's offices. Now, I don't have a company involved, I plan to but it's not registered yet. So I was wondering if it's ok to just put my name down instead and my home address or should i still put in my companies name I plan to create in the near future?

Dumb question I know, it may sound super obvious to others but, i'm trying to avoid looking unprofessional by asking the investor himself. Hopefully people can understand :)

I got my answer from somewhere else. It's ok to put in your name instead of putting in your companies name that you haven't registered yet into the agreement. To avoid any legal issues that may arise. So that settles that.
