Narration

How do I write a narration sequence in Celtx? I have a couple walking down the street. And i want to have two people talking, like this:

TIM
Her name is Nikki, she's wonderful
NIKKI
oh, Tim is such a nice guy
TIM
It was at the bar where we met
NIKKI
on 23rd street, he was loooking soo good
TIM
I asked her to go out one time, and luckily she said yes
NIKKI
our first date, was excellent
TIM
we saw "Ghostrider"
NIKKI
it was a scar movie

ok ok ok that's not the actual text for my movie lol. BUT do yu get the idea? The whole having a conversation kinda thing, with a narration? How would i write that? Kinda of like what I just put, but with NARRATION over the top?

I have not used Celtx, but you need to put (V.O.) next to each of character names that is narrated.

Heres my script so far:

ext: Tree. day

FADE IN

TIM and NIKKI are sitting on the grass, by a big tree trunk. The sun is shining on them, and it is a calm day.

TIM

So, you think we can make this happen?

NIKKI gives him a look, like she's confused.

TIM

Ya know...Us, boyfriend and girl friend.

NIKKI smiles, and nods

NIKKI

Ya...I think we can.

TIM reaches over, slowly, and she meets him and they gently touch lips.

ext: Street/Sidewalk. day

NARRATION

NIKKI

Tim, he's such a good guy.

TIM

She's a wonderful, talented girl.

NIKKI

It was about a month ago I met him.

TIM

At the big old tree.

NIKKI

And he brought me there, to ask me to be his girlfriend. He's such a sweetie.

TIM

We met at some party, not usually the way to meet a girl.

NIKKI

But it worked, he took me out for dinner the next day.

TIM

Everything went just, so smooth.

NIKKI

It was a like an amazing dream.

TIM

We kept hanging out, things went good.

NIKKI

Almost too good.

TIM

And now it's official.

NIKKI

I love him.

TIM

I love her.

ext: street. day
