Naming conventions of videos with various lengths in the US? Web Spot? PSA?

So, I do projects for a NGO, that requires reports in english. How do you call a 30 seconds long video that ends with a call to action? Is it still a "commercial", even if its for sth like donating bone marrow?
Is it still a "TV add" if it only is for the web?
And how do you call videos with 2 two 4 minutes of length, with interviews and information about a certain topic?
Are there different naming conventions for web and tv?
Can you call a 5 to 10 Minute video "short doc" or is this to short?

Would be great if someone could help me out here! :beer:
 
Anyone? I`m not asking for the terms in Kiswahili - although this would still interest me ;)
I guess the terms are varying and just like in marketing at least flexible...

EDIT: To be clear, I´m asking because I´m not a native speaker, but have to communicate in english with a US based NGO.
