Name this Tune - Production Music

[drivinhard]

I've heard this track twice, here, and on a Speed Channel NASCAR All-Star show. Anybody familiar with this track, what music library? Unusual request, I know. I really need it for a project though. I can't find it in any of the libraries I normally use.
