Hmmm. This does not look extreme in regards to shutter. It almost looks normal, but by judging the motion blur (I had clean images when I paused the picture) I would venture to say they shot with something slightly faster then 1/50th of a second. I would say it is not beyond 120*. Perhaps 1/50th- 120th area would be good.

some of it was definitely faster than 1/48, particularly the CUs of the instruments or the quasi-smash pans. I've found 1/100 to be reasonable in creating that jittery look without going overboard.
 
Some of the close ups and cut-aways to guitars, etc. look like 90 degrees, and the wides and other performance shots look more similar to 180 or 1/48th.
