Name and Title - Lower Thirds - Jazz it up?

I am cutting a doc and I need to put each speaker's name and title on the screen.

I know FCP has a lower thirds option and this does display the name and title. However, I want to jazz it up a bit. Perhaps have the title slide in or have some background tile/color behind the title.

I realize this can be done in Motion, but I don't have the time to play with and learn motion.

I was wondering if there is any plugin for FCP that will handle a lower thirds titles but add a something to make it bit more interesting.
 
Livetype has a bundle of preset lower thirds as well. In Livetype go to File>Open template... I think that is the path. All are animated in some form. You can also open them and take elements from many of them to make it more custom.
 
Check out the Motion Templates- those are drag and drop from Motion and they look tight. Or hire me to do it lol.
