Yup. Hoax... The executive's at myspace put out a statement saying that NONE of the "trackers" will work, and if they do, myspace will immediately disable them.
I think they're waiting around and will eventually put out their own version of a "tracker".

Beat-driven, hypnotic and moody. Various influences from metal to surf. Like Godflesh meets Type O Negative meets Cocteau Twins. Well, that's a loose description anyway.
My band is actually on hiatus until we can regroup. Need a new singer since the previous one started a family (happy for her) and is largely unavailable. Our keyboardist also took a new job that is very demanding but hopefully he will be able to rejoin. And, like I half-jokingly mentioned above, we really would like a live drummer.
The music is really a creative outlet just for fun, though it would be nice to take it places. Our main focus is on filmmaking.

I've tinkered with bass since high school. I play by ear with no formal training. I'm not much of a technical or improv player, but I can get a groove going and basically learn to play any song with a little practice.
What kind of music are you into? Influences?
I just looked at your profile. I didn't realize you are an actor. And also that you're into cars. I've gotta show you my '74 Camaro project sometime.
