Ok, try this for humour: The guy's wife ran off with my ex about two years ago. Actually, that's not very funny in real life, but it would be in the movies.
People tell me I could write whole movies out of various segments of my life, but who couldnt? We all have stories to tell. Right now, I would LOVE to tell a nice "happily ever after" tale about my pc, but I am too tired to even deal with it. I have worked a film workshop all day since 8:00a. I just walked in the door about 15 mintues ago. It was fun, made a very short film for the students that they wrote in less than an hour.

I have a director friend and his wife is an agent in L.A., runs a studio here, and manages local talent. They were giving a workshop today and asked me to pitch in. I didnt do any of the lecturing (as the point of it all is for them to be successful). I came into it with the camera work, setting up shots and giving ideas on takes. We did several two camera scenes from different known tv shows, etc. Just dialogue and how the actors should handle different situations. After lunch, their assignment was to come up with their own story, script it, choose shot locations on the property and so forth. They were given about 30 minutes to get this done. And we shot it in about 4 hours. It will prob be about 4 or 5 minutes long after editing. We had time to watch the raw footage before we all left and it was kinda hilarious. Considering we were filming at a church and for the most part it was teens who came up with the script idea....it was funny. I am not doing the editing, though. Gee...that goes back to my freakin' pc issues!!!!
Just finished cleaning a bad hijack up and have had six "clean" days. In safemode used spybot S&D, adaware, and hijack this... went through the hijack this log file and removed anything that was suspicious. Oh, must reboot into safemode between each program run. After running al programs rebooted in normal mode and voila...
The only one of those I didnt run was Hijack This, and by the time I decided to get it and run it, I couldnt keep anything loaded on the net. I am keeping it turned off, modem off, until I can coordinate schedules with the knight in shining armour guy. Not sure where I am on the damsel in distress list, but he works for food and conversation.
I'M BACK!!!! YEA!!!!! A surprise visit from my brother who lives about an hour away...he is the pc king! Woke me up out of bed, and he fixed my system like it was an afterthought for him.
And all I could give him in return was coupons to Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, and Chik-filet. ;D
Well, its all about the kharma. I made the decision not to use someone for personal gain, and I got a gift. An untroubled solution to my problem, without asking for anything.
Also, you could put in there how the brother hacked into the local college computer system to download certain programs he needed in order to fix me. Also, brought over about 150 issues of Playboy and Penthouse to stow over here since he just moved in with new girlfriend. :-/
I love my brother dearly, but this doesnt look good... those mags are in big plastic bins and I will need to move them before I forget them and company comes over. haha!!!!
who knows? He is a computer science major, got a degree in Fine Arts (photography), and is working as a train yard conductor with the railroad, and he is only 31. His ex was a "dancer", so he is all about living the quiet life these days.
But he is a GREAT AWESOME *insert any other power word here* photographer. He just doesnt do much of it and never for money.
