Some low life stole a video I shot of a 777 jet dumping fuel over NJ on May 9 2010 with my Panasonic TM700 3MOS camcorder in 1080p60 mode and posted it as his video titled " London low altitude chemtrails". It's amazing how many brain dead people there are on youtube thinking that was chemtrails when there are links to the ATC audio and online news story about it in my description. BTW Google paid me $100 + for AdSense earnings last month for my video and I reported that person who copied my video to youtube today .

Guy steals your footage then zooms in so it pixelates. The nerve adding his own logo. Glad you caught this guy.

On a content side dumping that much jet fuel over civilians can't be healthy.

speaks volumes about having to protect your content these days. i'm cutting together a reel of just stock footage to advertise my pond5 page, and you can be darn certain i'm putting lower thirds over all of it

News article at the time on NJ.com :

Aviation officials are looking into whether shards from a damaged tire may have contributed to a hydraulic problem that forced a Continental Airlines jet to make an emergency landing at Newark Liberty International Airport on Sunday. Continental Flight 9, bound for Tokyo, returned to Newark after the crew was unable to retract the landing gear, said Arlene Salac, a spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Administration. A law enforcement official provided a photograph of the tire taken by Port Authority Police after the emergency landing, clearly showing that much of the tread had been sheered off.

Salac said the FAA would analyze flight and maintenance data provided by Continental to develop a comprehensive explanation of the incident. Salac said the agency would look into whether shards from the tire might have severed or otherwise damaged a hydraulic line.

"We’ll look at the whole ball of wax," she said.

Julie King, a spokeswoman for Continental, said the airline was investigating the incident, and would fully cooperate with federal officials.

Before landing safely at 12:15 p.m., less than an hour after takeoff, the Boeing 777 with 291 passengers and crew on board dumped 170,000 pounds of fuel while circling over central New Jersey. King reiterated the airline’s position today that the fuel was dumped properly — in the form of a mist intended to dissipate before reaching the ground — while circling above central New Jersey. Officials said the dump was necessary to lighten the Boeing 777 sufficiently for a safe landing.

But the fuel dump also unleashed a flood of complaints by residents, prompting Rep. Leonard Lance (R-7th Dist.) to demand a full accounting of the incident and its environmental and health effects from various federal and state agencies as well as the airline.

Lance issued a statement today saying he was thankful the plane landed safely. But, he added: "Many of my constituents are rightly concerned about the environmental and health ramifications of such a large amount of fuel that was released into their communities."

Lawrence Ragonese, a spokesman for the state Department of Environmental Protection, said the agency is looking into the matter. He said the plane was at an altitude of 4,500 feet when the fuel was dumped, and that Continental notified the DEP command center of the fuel dump as required.

The descending mist briefly left a strong odor of jet fuel in several communities, prompting many residents to call local police and the DEP, Ragonese said

I used to work at a company that covered the video game industry and people on YouTube would routinely steal our videos. They would cut off our opening/closing GFX (or just replace them with their own) and then coverup our lower thirds with their lower thirds. Completely shameless. There was one kid who's entire YT channel was videos he'd ripped from us and passed off as his own.

This immunity is subject to their compliance with the notification and counter-notification procedure. Users must be informed of removed or disabled material. Similarly, copyright holders must be informed of the receipt of a counter-notice, and disabled material subject to a counter-notice must be enabled between 10 and 14 days after the receipt of the counter-notice.

Thanks for the Section 512 (g) link. Maybe I will ask the YouTube Legal Support Team if Section 512 (g) gives me permission to copy other youtube videos and upload them as my own. BTW I even seen a photo I took of motorcycle legend Terry Vance sitting on my then new 1982 Suzuki GS1100E motorcycle in July 1982 used on the Hot Bike website in 2011.
