my request : cloning my deceased uncle's voice to narrate a short movie

Hi everyone.
I have a project. I would like to clone my deceased uncle's voice in order to do the voice over a movie.

There are softwares that makes you upload a wav file of 30sec of, for example, the voice of my deceased uncle and based on that wav file of him talking, you are able to type a new text and with analysis, the software will be able to make the voice of my uncle reads this new text.

Also here : https://github.com/CorentinJ/Real-Time-Voice-Cloning (but it looks so complicate.

The descript software don't allow you to use other voices (the voice of trump or my deceased uncle for example), because of legality problems.

Are there any other software or workaround to do that that are more simple?

Another problem is that these software are for voice of english speaker and my uncle spoke in french. Is there a french software?

The samples don't sound great, too artificial sounding. There might be professional audio software that can do a better job, but you might also try to find someone who can impersonate the sound of your uncle's voice. ( even if you still have to manipulate the impersonator's voice to get it to match )
