My reel got me a big job!

EDIT: Had to make it private for now. But can a reel make or break your career?

Ugh, I hate vague, cryptic posts like these..... (not that the video looked bad or anything)

why is the video private now?

before it went private, were we looking at your reel, or the big job? I'm so confused, explain yourself!

Well, the op delisted his/her video...can't talk about that. What about those little dogs? Is Pug the shortened version of something (the name, not the dog)? Just how many can you fit in a Volkswagon?

The origins of the word pug are not clear. You can do a wiki search if you want to be more confused. One theory is that it is short for Latin word "pugnus" which means fist. Their faces resemble a clenched fist, no?

im sure you could fit 30 in a Volkswagen, but that might upset the ASPCA.

The aspca? how could they be upset? why, those pugs would be snug in that bug...

Congrats on the job! I also am curious as to what the big job is. It would have to be a job without interiors, as I don't recall the reel showing many interior scenes or much lighting. It was, as I recall, lots of exteriors - I remember some girl's faces, some sped up skies/clouds and a scene with children arranged frozen in positions (on a playground?). I apologize if I don't recall more but I only saw it once before it was made private.

Took some sleuthing, but I found it:

I am very curious as to what the OP considers a "Big Job". I admit that I am a bottom feeder, low budget, guy. My "Biggest" job, so far, was a feature that I shot and did the primary editing on, in SD, that had a total budget, I think, of about $65K. The most profitable job I had, so far, was a 13 minute fund raising video that I produced, shot and edited for a state university in Virginia. I cleared $9K and change for just under 3 weeks of work. So, what does everybody consider a "Big" job?
