My PC has Composite cable ports, what software will recognize it?

I have composite video ports (and an s-video) on my pc. I was wondering what software is out there that will recognize and capture this (got some vhs stuff that needs to be captured).

You have a very good chance that its OUTPUT not INPUT, so your not going to be capturing anything.
 
it says A/V IN on the side, I have Windows Media Center and I had to jump through a few hoops to see that it was showing what my VHS player had, but long story short, I could only preview this in a small window, on my old sony it had a giga pocket program, you could input composite/svideo, though that software is only for sonys
