My mind is in the gutter

OK i admit it my mind is in the gutter with this one but in my quest for a new idea everyday i inevitably come up with less that righteous ideas.

Girls gone wild is hugely popular. The business model is proven. So why not n a local level do that? In my town we have a great deal of night clubs and strip clubs etc.. how much effort would it take to make a "Wild Nights in (your town)" Video that fetaures various clubs and their staff or patrons. Make it outrageous and party style, get some local musicians to donate their music to it. Package it and here you go... Here is he best part. Its bascially a promotional video for the clubs featured in the video right? Charge them $xx amount to be featured. then in turn they also purchase XX amount to be sold in their clubs. So say each clubs pays me 100-200 to feature them I film 10 (100-200 X10 = $1000 -$2000)clubs for a total 1 hour video. then each clubs agrees to buy 20 at 10 (10clubs x 100 = $1000) per to be sold for 19.99. (they can also display the video on their internal videos if they wish) My take is somewhere between $2000 -$3000 initially then depending on sales gong forward whow knows where it stops.

what do you think? Also the great thingis that 1 video can be good for years.

Yeah, I tried to budget a similar idea for a couple of clubs in Detroit. It just got more expensive to make than I first figured. Everybody wanted a big cut or fee, music, the girls, everybody. (They all knew how popular the GGW series is). The clubs were also real shy about having video cameras around their patrons. They figured that alot of peole would not want to be videoed in a strip club.

If you can work it out, go for it.

Thast why i thought if you could spin it as a promo for them ad then since it is being sold in otherclubs they get advertised to people that may never atend. So the incentive is for each club to show that they are the hottest.. I can see the greed start right away though. Its funny, they will never actually do such a thing for themselves but when you presnt it to them they get greedy

Uhhh... The only reason you would make this is for greed as well. The girls deserve to be paid. They are the ones that have to deal with the humiliation when word gets around. And you want to localize it.

Ha!

Like the guy with the camera made her do 'that' to 'them' and show us her.....................

You get the idea. These girls arent dumb; just trampy with no self esteem.

My ex sister-in-law is/was a stripper and self-esteem was never an issue for her. The money was unbelievable. She worked three nights per week and made about twice what I bring home. Paid her way thru college, she did. Vacationed in Jamaica. Divorced my brother.... hey wait. That wasnt on the list of good things, but....

Anyway, business-wise, I think the idea is cool. There's a show on cable access here where this lady goes to various local businesses and does a mini-interview about them. They dont even get a whole 5 minutes of airtime each. But they pay her to come to them and do the interview, she has someone edit it down and it plays on tv for a couple weeks or so, until she gets another group of businesses. Strip clubs may not make the cable access channel, but I dont see where this idea is a bad one. If legalities and releases and so forth were worked out.

My ex paid her way through college the same way three nights a week and she made anywhere from $1,500 to $4,000 per week, averaging around $2,500 per week - and this was ten years ago!

the girls

the girls

I rarely feel bad for adults that knowingly go out and make a fool of themselves ad then feel bad about it later. Im not even sure if nudity would be a part of it. Its more about the hole party atmospher. if a few tops get popped then so be it. Im not a prude and these are adults. Sin the consent and go forward.

I have also thought of making a local tv show. You can buy the air time and hen the clubs get advertsing, its a weekly show and they he DVD that is sold at the clusb is like the uncensored version of the show.

I think I've paid for a few college educations! Kidding. When I was younger I thought strip clubs were cool. Now I think they're lame. Good thing I grew out of it before I really did pay some tuitions.
