Well no...The management basically decided to change the rules completely which is really pissing me off and is unprofessional. They asked every one to upload to youtube as part of the contest...FINE...but the manager makes a "statement" on some incubus fan site and if not for some of these fanatics copy/pasting it in the youtube board none of us would of known. Now they are picking 12 videos and the best 5 from those will be flown out to LA to meet the band where they will announce a winner, then they also said the same 5 will go online for voting? Then they even might take the 5 videos and make 1 video...wtf? We're still waiting, i mean there's more of a chance now but its almost like a kick in the face...

Oh well...the top five are up http://www.idigincubus.com/

Guess i didn't make the cut somehow...Instead they picked 4 out of 5 crap ones...Contests like these are useless really...they're always rigged with either online voting or sympathy cuz their videos are so bad lol. I'm not cocky but i did think my video was more creative and "better" then most of the top 5's...

I love what you did with the video.

Question tho. Whats the specs on your machine? I use AE7 on a single core 3.0ghz intel with 2gb ram. Is my chip holding me back you think?

I'm really not surprised by this. When I saw the website and the way the press release was written, it sounded almost hostile. I knew they had absolutely no concern about anyone who would submit and that they would screw people over in the end. I'm glad I didn't submit anything.
