This is my first subject documentary, on motorists and cyclists in my home town of Cambridge in the UK.
The press have shown an interest in the film already, the local newspaper want to talk to me about it, and a small magazine company in cambridge are going to write an article about it.
Shot on a Canon 600d, with 50mm 1.8 for interviews, and 18-135mm for b-roll
Can I get some feedback please?

Where you place and shoot your interviews is important in many ways. This keeps your content more interesting. It also quietly informs your audience if this is (in your case) a cyclist or not. Why not put them outside near a bike or in a park with the traffic in the background or get more creative with other venues than "just a talking head" in an echoing room. Perhaps, mix your wide shots with closeups of cyclists, spokes, traffic next to each other etc. Sounds of cars and buses braking or the sound of throttles. Also, it would have been nice to hear from folks on the street while avoiding office interviews.

Hi thanks for the feedback, I agree with what you say about making the interviews more interesting visually. I am actually doing pre production on a new documentary now, about a local musician, I will be doing his interview in a recording studio, so yeah, from the visuals it will be obvious the documentary is about a musician. I will also be filming him performing live in the streets.
