Shot over two weekends last fall with a minimal crew (the two actors, my wife and myself). Based on an idea I had a long time ago to put down on film the emotion invoked in me when I heard the song Sort Tulipan by Seigmen (featured in the film). We shot it on our DVX100A with a fig rig and a ring light and edited the whole thing on Premiere Pro CS2 and After Effects.
Sadly the story is a little bit wonky because we had to fit it into some rather strange constraints for the film festival it was entered in.
On the upside it did win "Best Director" and was nominated for "Best Film" so I can't complain.
