My First GoPro Dive Video

I've shot UW many times, big cameras to small camcorders in housings (mostly for work), then got into UW 35mm stills for pleasure, then didn't dive much.
But last weekend I took the Hero 3+ Black off my Phantom 2, put it on a GoPole, and hit the Florida Keys.

It's a little wobbly at times, because a small twist of the wrist on the pole translates into a large movement on the GP.
On the other hand, I could get the camera 6 inches from a 5 foot long moray eel nearly as thick as my thigh!

Most shots don't work well with stabilization (the nature of movement underwater?)

Wasn't sure where to post it, but thought I'd give it a go(pro) here.

Shot Wide, 24p, Protune off, with Flip red filters (shallow and medium, never went over 50ft).
Hope to improve on the next dive next weekend- may try 60p, Medium, Protune. Can't decide if Protune would be better or not for reducing lots of blue and green...

Questions / comments / tips welcome, hope you enjoy

Thanks Terry- a good time even though the visibility was poor and the coral is dying off from warming waters. :(
Jordan- nothing to be nervous about as long as you follow the rules and dive smart- plan your dive and dive your plan.
Diving is literally an escape from the world we live in and all its problems, and a visit to another world... that, and instant therapy!
