My DVX100BE has no 24p

Well i'm new to that forum i just wondering if the PAL version of DVX100 has 24p, it had 25P only?? anyone can help

yeah...umm...the difference between NTSC and PAL is 24P and 25P. With that being said, it's perfectly normal to have a PAL version of the DVX with 25P. If 24P is what you want, then you would want the NTSC version of the DVX. Hope this helps.

Are you living in europe? Because for broadcast purposes as well as playback, 24p is not possible ( not sure the technical aspects behind this i just know its true)

It's because PAL is a 50hz signal and NTSC is a 60hz one (I think).

Also it would be good for him to understand PAL 25p is roughly equalivent to NTSCs 24p. He has nothing to worry about.
