My Brevis experience

Just wanted to let anyone considering the Brevis to go for it, this really is a very professional product. It is light weight, well constructed and as you all know from numerous threads is very light friendly....I'm also very happy with the setup time, if you can screw on a light bulb you can put this on your cam, it's that easy. I was up and running within 5 minutes getting some good looking footage. All in all this is a great product and has a great future a head, as long as the ol' customer service gets up too par I see bright stars ahead. Good work Dennis

Daniel, those are kind words Our major effort over the last few months has been to just get caught up and I'm happy to say that we're about 5 days from that goal with lead times about 10 days. The next push (other than a collection of cool stuff incoming) is to get the customer experience to where it should be. That means same day email responses, customer service phone number, 48 hour order turnarounds etc.

We set a record last week with an order for some accessories that took under 19 hours from time of order, to receipt by the customer across the continent. We want every transaction just like that

Yup, I can vouch big time for this product. I absolutely love this magnificent piece of engineering plus its damn cool looking. Who could compete with that? AND... The biggest thing.... Dennis keeps on improving and improving on things and not just sitting back waiting for money. Hes going to be around for a long time and expanding his shop-0-goodies for us film makers.
