I know this is kind of old news, but I didn't manage to catch the film in theatres, so when I saw a DVD, I jumped on it.

I loved the film - especially its more 'philosophical' parts. One thing I didn't quite like, though, was the constant 'above eye level' camera anytime the camera was handheld (i.e., on the shoulder). Especially when they interviewed someone, looking from above looks kind of ugly. I noticed in some of the bonus material they used Betacam, which explains the shoulder cam.

I think DVX would have been great - can actually do handheld work from waist level, which give more filmic compositions.

Anyone has seen it? Do you have any comments, opinions?
