MXF wrappers with CS2

Anybody know if there is a plug in for Premiere CS2 to be able to edit MXF wrappers? I got some footage of the xf300 and wanted to see if its possible to work with on a pc with my cs2 but only info I found so far is for the newer versions of Premiere..
 
Nothing that is free and maintains the quality. CS2 doesn't even have a preset for it. Possibly Cineform but that's about $1000 new.
 
well managed to try XF300 footage with CS4 and it doesn't work... Looks like it works with CS5 but tried trial version of CS5 and cant install it as laptop doesn't meet minimum requirements.

Works nicely on a mac though.. :(
