MXF, Hpx Premiere question

So today ive decided to go threw my ext hd and re render my MXF files i had from my hpx along time ago, Im curious what bitrate settings should i use, ie 2 pass ect? Also i know the Hpx native 720 frame size is
960x720 or somthing. should i use that res. ? or use 1280x720? h264 code or mov or mp4?
