mxf files and bridge / Edius and Premiere CS 3.1

Hello, is there any way to get bridge reading mxf files for preview???

In comparison to Edius Premiere CS3 3.1 is remarkable slower in DVCPRO HD. Especially when you use adapterfootage which has to been flipped and flopped before the real editing begins. Are there any tricks to get Premiere CS3 faster???

What are your computer specs?
I think Premiere CS3 takes advantage of multiple cores. Do you have a socket 775 motherboard? Theres a Core 2 Quad for $279. Might help a lot for rendering times. A RAID 0 is always zippy.
Also, are you "flipping" and "flopping" your footage? It might take less rendering time if you simply rotate it 180.

There is no P2 support for any other CS3 programs. They said to it'll happen Before the years end.

I looked on adobe webiste i only found 3.0.1 update for Premiere?!?!

Where is 3.1?
