Anybody have information or a site that lists what's legal and what's not for music being used in videos being played online.

It's the same rules for broadcast. It needs to be either public domain, or you need to have the rights.

(thanks to PK for posting this link the other day)

Of course you'd still have to get the rights to the specific recording you want to use - or you could always record your own version.
