Music Video Stage Lighting Recommendation

Hello Fellow Cinematographers,

I just wanted to ask for a few recommendations lighting up a music video. The music video will be shot in a small theatre on a small stage with 4 performers, 2 singers in the front and 2 musicians slightly behind. In the backround there is going to be 2 4X4 molefay blinders at each side. I am sure there are tons of ways to light this scene, but if anyone has done anything similar could they shine some recommendations on what type of lighting they would have used and how much wattage in total. This will be shot with a panasonic dvx and a DOF adaptor, so there will be some light losses due to the adaptor.

If you could describe some details of the story, mood you are going for, equipment available or budget, etc. that makes making a recommendation a lot easier.

Hello Andrew thanks for the response, the music video is a fast beat dance song that has a lot of energy, there will be 2 dancers on the stage as well. it is simply like a live performance situation with some audience around the stage and, there is not much story line except that the song is plaid live. The mood we are trying to achieve is to have a bit of contrast on the stage, with the performers lite up more than the sorounding, possiblly use Fresenel spots on each of the performers. The equipment we initially budgeted is for 2 2K fresenel, 2 X 4X4 molefay audience blinders, a strobe light, haze machine, 2 X softboxes for closeup shots using the same fresenels used in the wide shots...so that is the basic idea we have,
