Music video release form?

[Jay Rodriguez]

Sup everyone!

I just realized that I've been doing a few music videos but haven't had any release forms signed. Does anyone have a music video release form or something like it that I can use to basically retain the rights to use the production on my website or as a part of my reel?

I just want to be allowed to showcase my work when I need to without having anyone blocking me up.

Jay

Good call... I need one too. If no one has one already, I'll make one up here in a couple days and PM you, Jay.

I'm familiar with the searching feature my dear lady. The thread that you're refering to didn't provide any resources.

I had a TON of contracts that were all lost due to a hard drive failure (pre DR savy) so now I'm scouring the web trying to find something substantial.
