Music Video, HELP!!!

I have been recording in F5 and F6 Mode. When I record lots of motion i loose a lot of shots because they are very blurry.
If anyone knows the settings to avoid this I could use the advice.

The shutter might be on 1/24, play with the shutter, try 1/50.

Also, realize that at 24fps you are capturing less frames per second and lots of motion can appear jerky. One of the reasons you must perform slow pans.

Therefore, sometimes you will want some blur to help blend the position changes between frames. But, it also depends on the look you are trying to achieve.

I see. I got a good blur effect shooting from one car to another for a music video. The shot was at night so the city lights of Atlanta were very nice. I'll post it here when it is done.
